Let's be more mindful of the emotional undercurrents when reporting hard truths about someone in crisis. Facts matter—but so does the human context around them.
When you're alone with a problem and not talking it through, your mind can start to spiral—circling the same thoughts, deepening the same interpretation, with no way out. It's isolating, and it's hard to shift perspective from inside that loop.
That's where sharing comes in. Speaking your thoughts out loud can introduce a new angle, a fresh understanding—sometimes even a way forward you couldn't see before.
